Candidates must meet the following requirements: Maintain deep, comprehensive expertise in luxury residential hardware brands and technical manufacturing standards. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including placing orders, collaborating with manufacturer representatives, and partnering with internal customer service teams. Accurately perform comprehensive hardware take-offs directly from architectural plans and blueprints. Prepare detailed and accurate quotes and submittals. Compile and generate detailed hardware schedules based on architectural drawings and project take-offs. Possess the technical product knowledge and communication skills necessary to effectively engage with builders, homeowners, and architects through both verbal and written communication. Collaborate with clients and internal field teams to facilitate seamless on-site hardware installations, including scheduling and managing installation timelines. Operate independently from day one using established SOPs with minimal supervision. A self-starter attitude is essential. Thrive in a cross-functional team environment by maintaining strong and supportive working relationships. Speaking, reading, and writing English fluently is required. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.

Compensation:
