Architectural Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a licensed architect with a degree from an NAAB accredited program to lead and manage the creation of architectural models in Revit. The role involves taking commercial architectural projects through all phases from schematic design, design development, construction documentation to construction administration. Projects range in size from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet. Responsibilities Develop architectural models in Revit for commercial projects. Carry projects from schematic design through to construction administration. Prepare finished plans, specifications, and material approvals under the direction of a senior designer. Communicate with mid or senior-level designers and project managers regarding model development. Conduct project programming and analysis, site surveys, and documentation. Provide team leadership in producing quality construction documents. Ensure compliance with IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes in Utah. Essential Skills Proficiency in Revit and architectural design. Experience in at least 5 commercial projects. Understanding of IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes. Strong project management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Architectural degree from an NAAB accredited program. Licensure preferred. Work Environment This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days at home and 2 days in the office after an initial 90-day period of 5 days in the office. Office days depend on project team requirements. There is flexibility in start and end hours, with base hours from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing a start time up to 2 hours before or after 8 am. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
