Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (flexible) Location Kaimuki, Honolulu, Oahu Pay $105,000 to $200,000 a year Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from concept through construction. Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external partners. Oversee design development and ensure alignment with client goals and standards. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teams. Monitor project performance and implement solutions to maintain schedule and quality. Support business development and contribute to project pursuits as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 10+ years of experience in an architectural firm. Proven experience managing projects and leading teams. Strong knowledge of design, documentation, and construction processes. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard design tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. Licensed Architect preferred.
