Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an Assistant Electrical Project Manager and play a vital role in delivering high-quality electrical infrastructure projects. This energetic position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist in coordinating electrical project activities from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Support the review and interpretation of blueprints, schematics, and system design documents to facilitate accurate execution on-site. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to procure materials. Assist in managing contracts, change orders, and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality control measures, and ensure adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Support project meetings by preparing reports, documenting issues or delays, and assisting with project coordination efforts on-site and remotely. Skills Proficiency in electrical blueprint reading for commercial electrical systems. Experience with construction management software including ProCore, and Bluebeam, Assis in processing submittals and project management documents. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, contractors, and vendors. Hands-on construction site experience combined. Pay:
$63,289.31 - $76,219.38 per year
