Sacramento, CA - Hybrid - (2 days onsite/ 3 days remote)
Job Title :
Assistant Project Director Job Description The Assistant Project Director will support enterprise modernization initiatives by coordinating multi-contractor implementations, managing schedules and program dependencies, and assisting with governance and delivery activities across large-scale IT technology programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Google Cloud Platform , ServiceNow, cloud implementations, Agile delivery frameworks, and enterprise program coordination. Minimum Qualifications (MQ) Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale modernization programs with budgets exceeding $25 million. Experience managing or coordinating multi-contractor environments with multiple concurrent implementations. Must have experience with Google Cloud Platform and ServiceNow Experience with cloud-based system implementations and modern technology platforms. Knowledge of program management methodologies and frameworks (PMI, SAFe, or equivalent). Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Proven ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups. Experience with program management tools and platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
