We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager who is energized by building strong relationships and delivering construction projects the right way, from preconstruction through closeout. As part of our relationship‑focused construction team, you'll work side by side with Project Managers, superintendents, trade partners, and clients to help plan, coordinate, and execute work that is safe, high‑quality, and schedule‑driven. You'll support budgeting, subcontractor coordination, document control, and day‑to‑day problem solving while gaining hands‑on exposure to how great projects come together. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow their career in an environment that values trust, collaboration, and long‑term partnerships, not just getting the job done but building lasting results through people. The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,000 -100,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
