This role helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with quality and technical standards. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns as appropriate Support procurement, resource coordination, and logistics related to project needs Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items Maintain accurate and organized project records Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management support roles CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification required Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Preferred Qualifications CTS-D or CTS-I certification Experience in technology, AV, construction, or integration-focused project environments Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and technical documentation Key Competencies Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative team-oriented approach Accountability and follow-through Working Conditions Office-based / hybrid / site-based (as applicable) Occasional travel or extended hours may be required based on project needs
