Full Job Description Work Location:
Hybrid remote across Denver metropolitan area. We will also have flexible office, co-working space available. About Us Rock N Block Landscape is a fast-growing residential design and installation company specializing in artificial turf, hardscape and low-maintenance xeriscape. We don't do maintenance — we build transformations. Every project we complete is a permanent upgrade to how a family lives in their outdoor space. We are established and growing in the Denver metro and are now looking for a new assistant project manager to join the team as we continue our goal of becoming the #1 landscape company in Denver!
What You'll Do:
Own the pre-construction process by conducting accurate measurements and material calculations Ensure accurate and timely material order submission to supply chain team within 12 hours of pre construction site visit Inventory checks on materials delivered to customer job sites Coordinating schedules with trade partners and subcontractors Conducting job starts for simple, 1-2 day artificial turf jobs Confirming job completion and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is someone interested in getting into the landscape & hardscape industry from the ground up without any barriers to entry. You are disciplined and inherently like helping customers achieve a fantastic outcome. Non-Negotiable Customer service mentality Requires travel across Denver metropolitan area to customer sites daily/weekly - need your own reliable transportation. Rock N Block reimburses for miles! Accountability - for submitting material orders on time, the quality of your installs and a superior client experience Strongly Preferred Previous experience in home services and landscape industry Knowledge of Xeriscape designs, products and installation is a huge plus
