You'll work directly with experienced Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and QA teams, learning how to lead projects from start to finish-while keeping scope, timelines, and deliverables on track. What You'll Do Help plan, track, and manage software development projects. Work with internal teams to align goals, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Own task coordination, status updates, and documentation. Flag roadblocks early and help drive solutions forward. Keep projects moving and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Learn to identify scope, risks, and resource needs alongside experienced mentors. What Makes You a Good Fit You're highly organized , and people trust you to follow through. You don't wait to be told what to do-you take initiative. You're thoughtful, detail-oriented, and never let things get sloppy. You're comfortable with structure, checklists, and keeping others on task. You own your mistakes and work to fix them fast. You're eager to learn how great teams deliver great software. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or higher in Cognitive Science, HCI, Computer Science, or related fields in science or engineering. 0-2 years of project management or coordination experience (internships count!). Familiarity with Agile concepts, project timelines, and collaboration tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A calm, reliable presence-even when things get busy.
