Job Description

Advanced Vehicle Platform (AVP) Program Management Analyst As an AVP Program Management (PM) Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and executing our company's software and technology for vehicle programs and projects. In response to the success of our Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis brands, the team is rapidly growing to lead the expansion of localized vehicle development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry, vehicle software, program management, problem solving, data analysis, and driving organizational success. The AVP PM Analyst is an individual contributor role, meaning no management responsibility for direct reports.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Collaborate with crossfunctional engineering, vehicle software engineering, and project management teams to define project goals, scope, deliverables, KPIs, and timelinesLead datadriven problemsolving, including rootcause analysis, risk assessment, and process optimization to address software delivery challengesAlign technical and business stakeholders on requirements, priorities, features, and constraints essential for successful vehicle software development and deliveryDevelop one-voice agreement on issues, features, and specs required for vehicle program viability, consumer needs, and market success in N.A.Monitor AVP project execution, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks while implementing mitigation and contingency plansCoordinate engineering activities through the full development lifecycle-from requirements and design reviews to testing, launch, and postrelease supportSupport pre-release readiness activities, including validation at N.A. assembly plants during pre-launch vehicle quality assurance auditsEstablish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and key deliverablesPrepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate AVP project status, milestones, and key insights to managementImprove AVP project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall efficiencyStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

EngineeringRelated Industry Experience Requirements:
Program Management experience in vehicle and/or vehicle software development requiredDomestic and international travel to support projects (as required ~25%)Valid Driver's License & satisfactory driving recordCandidates applying for positions with Hyundai-Kia must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
