Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our North American team. You will be responsible for the management of multidisciplinary teams through full project life cycle delivery from early concept to construction and commissioning ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives demonstrating the required project management and technical skills. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead, manage, and deliver complex industrial manufacturing facility projects for public and private clients, including Alternative Delivery Methods, Design-Bid-Build, Design & Build, and similar delivery models.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, design, procurement, and construction.
- Lead, direct, manage, and motivate multidisciplinary teams including architectural, structural, MEP, civil, utilities, geotechnical and drainage ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate, build and sustain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including contractors, third-party utility agencies, and community groups.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Oversee contract management, commercial performance and risk management
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and technical staff to promote professional growth and uphold a culture of delivery excellence.
- A minimum of 12+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities, including a minimum of 5 years in senior project management roles.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in NY, DC, VA, or MD
- Demonstrated experience working with contractors, public clients, and agencies, and managing multidisciplinary design teams.
- Experience in contracts, budgeting, and risk management
- Proficient written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivation, willingness to adjust, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in environments with shifting priorities.
- Great organizational, time management, and team-building skills, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
