Your New Role Pay Range:
$65,280- $85,000 / anually; based on location and experience.

This is a remote position. The selected candidate must be in a current Chuze market , preferred cities:Jacksonville, Florida Tucson, Arizona El Paso, Texas Albuquerque, New Mexico Denver, Colorado Responsibilities:
The Club Set Up Specialist is integral to the success of a new gym opening, club remodel, and continual facility and process improvement. In this role, you work closely with the Setup Project Manager on projects with finite timelines. Maintain consistent cross-departmental communication to mitigate disruptions to club operations, support club staff training on facilities utilization, and ensure a smooth transition from construction, to set up processes, to opening day Secure, organize, and manage inventory during club set up and other projects, including receiving, storing, and distributing as necessary Receive, organize, facilitate the installation of FF&E, Supplies, Fitness Equipment, and signage during new club openings, remodels and other development projects. Maintain efficient flow of communication for onsite statuses between vendors, Project Managers, and Set Up leadership Update Project Management Software as requested to ensure accurate information and adherence to all construction process timelines Conduct Site Verifications to validate equipment and signage plans, and triage discrepancies before, during, and after onsite installation Manage installation vendor processes, including bidding out vendor scope and establishing budgets, managing vendor schedules, and ensuring timely project completion Review and update equipment plans, signage plans, purchasing tracker, purchase orders and bill of ladingsYour Perks:

Requirements:
5-7 years of experience working with design plans, signage install guides, or strong working knowledge of fitness equipment and gym layouts Mechanically inclined with ability to occasionally assemble or modify FF&E Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to drive improvement, and solve problems and draw valid conclusions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to provide a Chuze standard of customer service to members Strong computer skills with proficiency of Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback Able to manage multiple projects of varying levels of complexity simultaneously Valid driver's license with regular ability to visit Chuze business units across the organization (subject to ADA accommodation) Ability to work outside of regular office hours, including occasional overnight workPreferences:
Bachelor's degree or certification in a fitness-related discipline Proficiency with project management and EMS software (ProjectMates, Open Wrench, Bluebeam, etc.)Physical Abilities:
