Role Description This is a full-time, on-site or remote role for a Signage Project Manager based in Charlotte NC. The Signage Project Manager will oversee all phases of signage projects, from initial client consultation to final installation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and expediting project timelines, managing logistics, performing in-depth inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires seamless communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and as specified. We use a sophisticated project management system that is designed for managing custom signage projects. If you are enthusiastic about process and structure and enjoy working on high profile and iconic signage then this role is for you! You will have the opportunity to work directly with end clients. Qualifications Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple tasks Experience working directly with end clients, designers, fabricators and installers to deliver high quality custom signage on schedule. Experience in Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality and design standards Competence in Logistics Management to coordinate deliveries, installations, and supply chain needs Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills Ability to manage on-site operations and problem-solve in real-time Familiarity with the signage or construction industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is advantageous
