What You'll Do Take ownership of construction administration activities from groundbreaking through project closeout Serve as the vital link between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients Interpret and apply AIA contracts, specifications, and construction documents with confidence Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, and all construction communication Conduct site visits to observe progress, ensure quality, and uphold the design intent Proactively identify challenges in the field and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions Lead and contribute to construction meetings, helping keep projects on track Review contractor payment applications for accuracy and alignment with project milestones Maintain clear, organized documentation using tools like Newforma and Bluebeam Champion quality, accountability, and clear communication across all project stakeholders What You Bring Experience in construction administration within an architecture or engineering firm Degree or certification in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing Working knowledge of AIA contract documents and specifications Confidence in conducting site visits and documenting field conditions Experience reviewing contractor pay applications and construction documentation Strong organizational and time-management skills with a sharp eye for detail Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Willingness to travel to project sites as needed What Sets You Apart CCCA certification Experience with Newforma and Bluebeam Background in healthcare, senior living, higher education, or multi-family projects Experience in a multidisciplinary design firm environment Familiarity with both architectural and engineering coordination Why You'll Love It Here Make a real impact
