$80-$90K + Benefits Role Overview Our well-known client in the Real Estate industry is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their in-house Creative Team. This team operates as an internal agency supporting a portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties. This is a hybrid opportunity, onsite 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) in the Boston area. The Creative Project Manager will sit at the center of high-visibility, fast-paced creative and marketing initiatives, partnering closely with leasing, development, construction, and field marketing teams. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, exceptionally organized, and comfortable managing a large volume of concurrent projects while driving timelines and execution. Key Responsibilities Project Management and Execution Manage a high volume of creative and marketing projects from kickoff through completion Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows across multiple workstreams Monitor project progress, adjust timelines as needed, and provide consistent status updates Stakeholder and Team Collaboration Partner closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution Facilitate clear and efficient communication across teams, ensuring feedback and updates are shared effectively Support team capacity planning and manage resource allocation Creative Intake and Quality Control Intake and translate creative briefs, asking thoughtful questions to clarify scope, objectives, and requirements Review deliverables at key milestones to ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals Maintain respect for and understanding of the creative process while driving accountability Risk Management and Process Improvement Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and take action to mitigate issues early Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and overall output Required Qualifications 3 to 5+ years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently Excellent communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders Experience using project management tools (Wrike preferred; Asana, Workfront, or similar tools acceptable) Strong sense of ownership and follow-through; ability to operate with minimal oversight Professional, collaborative approach and comfort working with senior stakeholders Preferred Experience Background in retail, fashion, luxury, or brand-driven environments Experience supporting creative teams in an internal agency model Eye for design and strong creative sensibility In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
