Job Description

The Planet Group is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join one of our well-known sporting goods manufacturers.
Location:
Hybrid (3 days on-site in Fairhaven, MA)
Pay:
$50-55/hour depending on experience
Duration:
Long-term temporary assignment with potential to convert in 2027
Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional golf ball product launches, including limited drops, packaging initiatives, and seasonal programs. Serve as the operational hub across Product, Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Operations teams. Ensure all initiatives are aligned, delivered on time, and executed seamlessly across channels. Manage project timelines and key milestones throughout the product launch lifecycle. Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agency partners to drive project execution. Lead status meetings and provide ongoing communication to keep teams informed and aligned. Drive process improvements through the development and implementation of standardized tools, workflows, and project management practices.
Creative Project Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in consumer products or a related field. Proven ability to lead complex product launches in a highly matrixed environment. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects from planning through execution. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable workflows and tools.
