Creative Project Manager (Phoenix + 9-12 months)

FreelanceHybrid$50 - $55 /hr Posted December 01, 2025 Our retail client is seeking a highly organized and creative Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various creative projects. This role is 40 hours per week for 9-12 months. This will start as soon as they find someone who is the right fit. This is a hybrid role - going onsite 4 days a week at their Phoenix location. Only candidates who are currently local to the Phoenix area who can commute onsite will be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects using Workfront
Collaborate with creative teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance project outcomes and efficiency
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices Required Experience 5+ years of project management experience in a creative environment
Strong experience with Workfront
Experience overseeing creative, retail, and photography deliverables/projects
Experience in budget management + financial oversight
Experience with Mac computers + MS Office
Strong communication skills + experience collaborating with creatives, marketing partners, + external vendors
Photo/Studio PM experience is ideal
Print, POP, store display, etc. PM experience is ideal
Agile methodology experience is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
