As a Datacenter Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Data Center Modernization & Simplification (DCMS) program, supporting innovative cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to project execution, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

- + Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive delivery plans for cloud migration workstreams and data center modernization projects.
+ Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones and dependencies are met efficiently. + Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, driving velocity and cultural change within the organization. + Communicate technical and strategic updates effectively to both technical teams and senior stakeholders. + Identify opportunities for process improvement, friction reduction, and business transformation across programs.
- What's Needed?
- + Extensive experience in business transformation, modernization, and simplification initiatives.
+ Proven ability to manage in complex, matrixed environments and influence through influence rather than authority. + Expertise in agile and iterative delivery methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence. + Deep technical knowledge in areas such as cloud migration, data center build-out, app modernization, and enterprise technologies. + Strong strategic problem-solving skills and experience translating technical concepts into clear communication for diverse audiences.
