Job Summary The Development Coordinator, Donor Relations works closely with colleagues across the Mass General Brigham Development team to support the implementation of a comprehensive naming and funding opportunities program. Reporting to the Senior Director, Donor Relations, this role supports initiatives related to naming opportunities across people, places, and programs. The position provides a combination of administrative, operational, and project-based support to ensure effective coordination, tracking, and execution of donor-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director, Associate Directors, Assistant Directors, and other colleagues to support the implementation of the naming and funding opportunities program.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support, including scheduling, meeting logistics, tracking systems, and preparation of meeting materials (e.g., agendas, presentations).
  • Assist in the development and coordination of naming opportunity proposals across Mass General Brigham campuses, including working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather information, secure approvals, and support execution.
  • Coordinate with signage vendors to obtain pricing, facilitate approvals, and support installation processes in partnership with campus facilities teams.
  • Support vendor walkthroughs, installation meetings, and process related invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain and update data in systems such as Gift Map and Blackbaud CRM, including tracking naming opportunities and conducting space inventories.
  • Coordinate event-related stewardship activities, including support for capital space and chair-related celebrations.
  • Monitor and manage the Donor Relations team inbox, triage requests, and connect colleagues with appropriate resources.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of relevant experience in fundraising, administration, project coordination, or a related field.
