6 Months Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of EDI/B2B integration programs on the Integration platform, from discovery through hypercare, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget commitments are met.
Own EDI discovery workstreams:
gather trading partner requirements, document current-state and future-state transaction flows, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Develop and maintain mapping specifications for standard EDI transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 856/ASN, 940/945) across X12, EDIFACT, and flat-file formats.
Manage trading partner onboarding:
partner profiles, communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN), acknowledgment handling (997/999), and testing/certification cycles. Act as the primary liaison between client business stakeholders, trading partners, and the technical delivery team throughout the program lifecycle.
Produce and maintain program artifacts:
project plans, RAID logs, status decks, governance reports, and discovery questionnaires. Coordinate UAT and cutover planning for EDI transaction go-lives, ensuring error handling, reconciliation, and exception-monitoring processes are in place. Identify risks and dependencies early, escalate appropriately, and drive mitigation plans to closure. Collaborate with Integration architects/developers on integration design decisions, partner-specific mapping variations, and data validation rules. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in EDI implementation, business analysis, or integration program management, ideally within a consulting or systems integrator environment. Hands-on knowledge of EDI standards (X12 and/or EDIFACT) and common transaction sets across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles. Experience with an iPaaS platform for EDI/B2B integration. Demonstrated experience managing trading partner onboarding, including
AS2/SFTP/VAN
communication setup and partner testing cycles.
Strong program/project management skills:
project planning, RAID management, status reporting, and stakeholder governance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to both business and technical audiences. Ability to produce clear discovery questionnaires, mapping workbooks, and estimate/scoping documents. Preferred Qualifications Workato certification(s) or equivalent iPaaS platform certification preferred. Experience integrating EDI flows with ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or SAP. PMP, CBAP, or equivalent program/business analysis certification.
