Job Description

A health services organization is seeking an EIT Project Manager to support complex, cross-functional projects in a remote environment. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, governance, and clear communication across enterprise teams.  About the

Remote Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for medium to high complexity cross-functional initiatives. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, closure documentation, and executive summaries. Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, including mitigation planning and escalation as needed. Partner with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders while leading meetings, governance activities, and leadership updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a healthcare and/or information technology environment. 4 to 6 years of project management experience with medium to high complexity projects. At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare and IT setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar Agile project management tool. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Desired Skills:
PMP, CAPM, or PMI-PBA certification. Intermediate experience with PivotTables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and Microsoft Power Platform. Experience working in a structured PMO environment. Background in business analysis. Technical project management experience with the ability to understand technical discussions and documentation.
