Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience in Automotive Manufacturing, Disrtibution Centers, Processing Facilities and/or Mission Critical Data Centers. This role demands a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects (Hyper Scale data centers, industrial facilities) Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure alignment and quality Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and change orders Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projects Direct experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities (semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, etc.) Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred PMP certification or equivalent is a plus Benefits Vacation/PTO 1 Medical 2 Dental 3 Vision 4 401k 7 Bonus 6 Relocation 5 Telecommute 10 For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
