We are an authorized distributor of 4Front Engineered Solutions Loading Dock Equipment , Overhead Door Corp , Rytec Highspeed Doors , Horton Automatic Door products, and Won-Door . We service customers locally and nationally. We represent a full line-up of loading dock equipment as well as commercial and industrial doors from a variety of standard sectional doors, high speed, rolling steel and fire rated doors. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented National Account Coordinator & Project Manager to support our National Accounts. This role is responsible for coordinating service and installation activities, maintaining accurate account documentation, communicating with customers and vendors, and helping ensure national account projects are completed successfully from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Maintain all National Account documents, contracts, communications, and account files. Coordinate service and installation requirements for one or more national accounts, including receiving incoming calls and dispatching work orders through appropriate communication channels. Track service and installation work from request through completion and prepare required reports for national account customers. Provide copies of completed quotes and related documentation for inclusion in national account files. Complete order-processing paperwork for vendors and ensure required information is accurate and timely. Coordinate installation activity for new construction projects across the country. Follow up with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support successful completion of contracted work. Work with general contractors to provide transmittals, pit details, equipment shipment information, and project completion timelines. Maintain the National Account contact database in Salesforce. Communicate professionally with national account contacts, vendors, distributors, subcontractors, Key Account Representatives, and leadership. Collaborate regularly with the Director of Sales to support account satisfaction and identify account development opportunities. Ideal Candidate Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused with the ability to build professional relationships with national account contacts and business partners. Experience coordinating service, installation, construction, project management, or account support activities preferred. Comfortable working with vendors, subcontractors, distributors, and general contractors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow through on tasks from start to finish.
