Up to $80 - $90 /hour W2 Overview We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Project Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Healthcare IT systems. In this role, you'll help lead large, complex technology initiatives that improve healthcare-related systems such as insurance, eligibility, and data integration platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with business and compliance requirements. This is a highly visible role that involves working closely with leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. What You'll Do Project Leadership Lead large-scale enterprise projects from start to finish Manage timelines, deliverables, and key milestones Ensure projects align with business goals and priorities Quality Assurance & Process Oversight Oversee quality assurance activities across system development and implementation Ensure solutions meet defined standards, compliance requirements, and best practices Support testing efforts and continuous process improvements Healthcare System Support Contribute to the delivery and improvement of healthcare IT systems Work on platforms related to insurance processing, eligibility, and data exchange Ensure smooth integration between systems with a focus on quality and accuracy Stakeholder Communication Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions Help align teams and ensure clear communication across all workstreams Risk & Issue Management Identify risks early and support mitigation strategies Manage issues through resolution and escalation when needed Maintain transparency across project activities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT systems (implementation or support) Experience with insurance or eligibility systems Familiarity with system workflows, business rules, or integration frameworks Nice to Have Master's degree Experience with Medicaid or government healthcare systems Understanding of healthcare industry frameworks and standards Experience working with vendors or outsourced development teams Why This Role?
