Job Description:
Enterprise Project Manager Work authorization: US Citizens and Green Card holders only. We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Project Manager who is also strong in business analysis. This is a 12-month contract in Columbia, SC. The role is on-site to start, with a hybrid schedule possible once you're settled in. You'll lead IT projects from start to finish and handle the requirements and process work that goes with them. What you'll do: Run projects end to end: scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and communication Keep project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive updates current Manage cross-functional teams across IT, vendors, and business groups Lead requirements sessions: interviews, workshops, process mapping, and user stories Map current and future state processes and re-engineer them where needed Support UAT, cutover, and post-launch adoption What we're looking for: 7+ years of project management on moderate to high complexity projects Solid business analysis and process redesign experience 5+ years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level work Bachelor's degree (required and verifiable) PMP, PMI-ACP, or a comparable certification (preferred) Able to work on-site in Columbia, SC Work authorization: US Citizens and Green Card holders only.
