100% Remote (Must Reside in OR, WA,ID, or UT) Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours; flexibility for occasional extended hours may be required Occasional Travel Required Responsibilities of theProject Manager III:
Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives Oversee multiple concurrent projects while managing timelines, priorities, resource allocation, risks, and project dependencies Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, status reporting, and stakeholder communication strategies Partner closely with organizational leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and client groups to drive project alignment and execution Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and proactively address project risks, issues, and roadblocks Manage scope, budget, resource planning, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle Assemble and guide project teams by assigning responsibilities, coordinating resources, and providing direction to team members Monitor project performance through metrics, reporting, and analysis to ensure projects remain on target and cost effective Contribute to and uphold enterprise project management methodologies, standards, and best practices Mentor and support the development of project management capabilities across teams when appropriate Stay current on evolving project management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices Ensure timely resolution of issues and proactively recommend solutions to maintain project success and operational efficiency Qualifications of theProject Manager III:
5+ years of progressive project and/or program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives Must have healthcare AND finance within healthcare experience (e.g. an HR system implementation) Proven experience managing concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $1M and teams of 10+ individuals Strong schedule management experience, including developing project timelines, managing dependencies, tracking milestones, and mitigating delays Familiarity with PMI methodologies and PMBOK principles Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments Proficiency with project management tools and software for planning, reporting, and resource management Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, scope, and resource allocation Ability to present project updates and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders Proven ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and successfully deliver projects on time and within budget Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience PMP or Project Management certification strongly preferred •We are unable to accommodate corp. to corp. candidates•About Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc:
