Job Description

Piper Companies is seeking an EPIC Project Manager - Epic to support a migration with an academic medical center and integrated health system . This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale enterprise Epic transformation with one of the nation's leading academic health systems. Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) | Tri-State / Local Candidates $55-$70/hr | 6+ Month Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Piper Companies is seeking multiple Epic Project Managers to support one of the largest healthcare technology initiatives in the region. The organization is migrating an external Epic environment to align with the enterprise-wide Epic platform used across its Philadelphia hospitals. This high-visibility transformation program includes 15 Project Manager openings supporting various Epic modules and workstreams.
Location:
  • Hybrid schedule in Philadelphia, PA
  • Candidates must reside within the Philadelphia Tri-State area (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware)
Compensation:
  • $55-$70/hr depending on experience
  • 6+ month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent hire

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within healthcare IT
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or migrations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications
  • Experience working within large health systems preferred
