As a Field Custom Services Project Manager, you'll oversee custom installation projects in your designated region. You'll work with in-home designers and sales leaders to build and maintain thorough knowledge of our custom services model. You'll lead a team of installers and build a strong employee culture that leads to favorable customer and business results. What you'll doEnsure operational consistency, strategic alignment, and performance accountabilityBuild and maintain an exceptional team culture centered around engagement and belongingLead all custom installation projects to completion accurately, on-time, and within budgetConduct site visits to drive technical expertise, safety compliance and customer experienceWork directly with in-home designers to ensure fulfillment and complex sales strategies are being executed, and communicate your findings with field leadersAct as the main point of contact for customers regarding custom services through the fulfillment phaseSupport the safety, cleanliness and organization standards of retail warehousesBasic qualifications2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager2 years of sales, installation, operations or customer service experienceCurrent, valid driver's licenseMust be at least 21 years oldHave and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g. minimal number of violations/accidents, etc.)Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hirePreferred qualificationsExperience working in custom integration, project management, construction or related fieldExperience managing a remote workforceBachelor's degree in operations management, distribution, logistics, business or related fieldWhat's in it for you We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
