Project & Document Control Create, standardize, and manage document control processes for GLSS and GCMS Develop and maintain an all in one Project Tracking Log and KPI tracking Ensure all project phases are properly documented, including master copies of signed documents, designs, and closure packages Perform document control and file closure, including test packages and FSR binders Sign off on and close projects upon completion through bi weekly CM review meetings Project Coordination & Assignment Assign projects to GLSS Construction Managers (CMs) based on workload and skill set Manage and track project schedules, milestones, and progress through weekly and bi weekly meetings Provide FSR schedules and regular updates to GLSS Construction Managers Track all FSR schedules during the RFQ phase and assist CMs with updated timelines RFQ, Budgeting & Procurement Create RFQs and manage the RFQ response process (proposal collection, bid review, and budget development) Obtain multiple bids and develop approved project budgets Enter purchase requisitions, create SAP shopping carts, and track purchase orders and BPOs Perform quarterly accruals to ensure timely invoicing of all purchase orders Track bids against invoices and resolve discrepancies Vendor & Inventory Management Coordinate with vendors to resolve ordering, shipping, and purchase order issues Maintain inventory minimums, process orders, and track inventory add ins for the GLSS construction team Manage additional parts tracking due to shipping delays and supply chain challenges Financial & Timekeeping Oversight Monitor expenses and validate financial compliance throughout project lifecycles New Campus & Expansion Support Support new campus projects (B74, B75, B92, B93), including additional quotes and PO tracking Develop new tracking tools for B74 and B75 BPOs and train MDC teams on process usage Coordinate with additional vendors to support expanded facilities Training & Process Development Develop and train standardized processes for new buildings and project workflows Here's what you'll need Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of related experience Excellent communication skills and a desire to work with details Experience in using and understanding client processing systems Proficient computer skills using

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $97,900.00 to $147,950.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
