Project Manager - IT Infrastructure Delivery Contract - Hybrid role (3 days onsite) We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our clients Infrastructure Delivery Team. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of IT infrastructure projects from initial concept through successful transition into operations ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in complex environments, brings strong technical acumen in infrastructure, and excels at cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, accounting for resources, constraints, vendor partners, dependencies, and risks Drive projects end-to-end, monitoring progress and ensuring successful delivery across the full lifecycle Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining transparency and high customer satisfaction Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues Lead delivery of complex IT infrastructure initiatives, including servers, network, end-user computing, operations, and ITIL-aligned processes Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, align schedules, and ensure execution against business objectives Facilitate project meetings, inspire collaboration, and lead teams toward achieving shared goals Create and maintain key project documentation, including project plans, implementation plans, and change materials Provide clear, concise status reporting to communicate project health and progress Manage project budgets and financials to ensure alignment with approved funding Oversee vendor partners, ensuring accountability to deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations (e.g., SOWs) Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and PMO practices Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated across stakeholders Foster a positive team environment, maintaining high engagement and satisfaction throughout project delivery Align all work with our client's culture, ensuring projects are delivered in a way that reflects organizational values What You Bring Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (network, servers, end-user compute, operations) Experience working within ITIL frameworks and structured delivery environments Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets Ability to lead, motivate, and align teams in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Opportunity to lead high-impact, enterprise-level infrastructure initiatives Collaborative and supportive team environment Culture-driven organization that values excellence, accountability, and innovation The chance to influence and improve project delivery practices across the organization
