Job Description:

Sr. Project Manager - Merger Integration We are seek a Sr. Project Manager to support a large-scale merger integration, focused on business and process integration across global regions. You will be responsible for driving execution within a large global region, ensuring alignment to global integration milestones and maintaining rigorous control over deliverables, risks, and dependencies. This is a hands-on execution role in which you will actively drive progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure regional commitments are delivered - not just report status. In addition, you will support local execution of change management activities, partnering with the central change team to ensure adoption and readiness at the regional level. This is an initial 6-month contract (potential to extend). You will work a hybrid schedule in Alpharetta ( 2 days/week in-office ). RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Regional Execution:

Own and drive the regional execution plan; ensure alignment to global milestones and timelines

Plan, Milestones & RAID Management:

Maintain detailed plans; track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation and recovery actions

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Manage dependencies across regions and functions; remove blockers and keep execution moving

Governance & Reporting:

Provide accurate status updates; support governance forums; escalate risks and issues as needed

Stakeholder Management:

Drive accountability across regional stakeholders through structured follow-ups and action tracking

Change Execution Support:

Execute regional change activities (e.g., communications, training coordination, readiness tracking) in alignment with the central change team

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years as a PM for large-scale integration / transformation programs across multiple stakeholders & geographies Strong experience managing detailed plans, milestones, & dependencies Hands-on experience managing RAID & driving issue resolution Experience working across global, cross-functional teams ( m u st be able to occasionally work hours across multiple time zones) Experience working in offshore/onshore delivery models Business & process integration experience Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps Bachelor's Degree

PREFERRED

PMP (or similar) certification Post-merger integration or Integration Management Office (IMO) experience Organizational Change Management (OCM) execution NO 3rd Parties or Visa Sponsorship/Transfers
