Job Description

Project Management Internship Arclin USA is seeking to add up to two (2) detail oriented and responsible Intern (s) to join our growing organization. Reporting to the Strategy & Enterprise PMO Team this individual will play a key role by providing on-going support and value throughout the organizations Project Management efforts. You'll gain exposure to real-world project planning, coordination, and implementation practices while working closely with experienced cross-functional teams.
Location:
This is a Hybrid role (2 days in office per week) with our headquarters in
Alpharetta, GA Duration:
This Internship will be from June 1st - August 14th (with flexibility to extend)
Project Management Internship Job Responsibilities:
Maintain clear project schedules highlighting the critical path and key milestones for projects you will support the project manager. Update and maintain standardized project planning & implementation templates and processes, closing following PMI standards Assist Senior project managers with project deliverables (scope, timeline, cost, quality, etc). Maintain welcoming and responsive rapport with internal customers to ensure customer delight requirements are being satisfied
Project Management Internship Job Requirements:
Undergraduate, graduate student, or recent grad (December 25/May 26) who is in the Atlanta area that is majoring in Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or Industrial & Systems Engineering (with a project management focus). Individuals should have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in MS Project or Planner, or other similar project management tools. MS Teams and/or Power Automate experience is a plus. Previous project management or internship experience is a bonus. Adaptability and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and a proactive mindset.
