Job Description
Piper Companies is seeking a Jr. Implementation Project Manager to support a growing enterprise organization within the technology services industry. The Jr. Implementation Project Manager will assist in onboarding customers onto a newly developed platform, serving as a key liaison between technical teams and clients while ensuring a seamless implementation experience. Responsibilities of the Jr.
Implementation Project Manager:
Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables for new customer implementations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding to the platform
Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed
Provide client training and ensure a positive onboarding experience Qualifications of the Jr.
Implementation Project Manager:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or client onboarding
Strong communication and customer service skills
Technically adept with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Compensation for the Jr.
Implementation Project Manager includes:
Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
Hybrid schedule (1 day onsite per week in RTP, NC)
