Jr Project Manager

Junior Project Manager Supports execution of a global ERP program in its final phase before go‑live. Works closely with the Program Manager to coordinate tasks, track progress, and provide clear reporting across teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily project tasks, timelines, and deliverables Maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates Support meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables Build and manage dashboards and reports for program visibility Analyze data to identify risks, issues, and trends Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Key Requirements 3+ years in project coordination, PMO, or data analysis Strong Smartsheet and Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) Experience with dashboards and reporting Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Downers Grove, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
