About the
Role:
Security Dealer Marketing is looking for a confident, detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. You'll be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing communication, keeping projects on track, and ensuring our clients consistently feel supported and informed. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office and 2 days optional remote. We're hiring with an ASAP start date.

Tasks You'll Be Performing:
  • Own client communication as the primary point of contact. No missed updates, no confusion, no delays.
  • Drive project execution by coordinating deliverables, timelines, and feedback across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Work directly with Project Managers and Strategists to make sure client strategies are executed accurately and without bottlenecks.
  • Track project status daily and flag any blockers immediately. You're expected to keep things moving.
  • Address client questions or concerns head-on and escalate only when necessary and always with context.
  • Document decisions, deliverables, and notes in our systems with accuracy and consistency.
  • Set and manage expectations both internally and externally to avoid last-minute surprises.
  • Bring solutions, not just problems, to team discussions, planning sessions, and delivery meetings.
