Job Description
Specialty Networks is an integrated, multi-specialty organization with GPOs, Life Sciences, and Research solutions in Urology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Oncology. Specialty Networks solutions include population health management, patient engagement, clinical research, and workflow automation technologies to achieve Center of Excellence status in Standards of Care, Clinical Research, Practice Operations, and Value-based Care. Specialty Networks leverages the Power of its Network, represented by over 10,000 providers, to help independent physician practices, industry, wholesalers/distributors, payers, and policymakers improve patient outcomes.
- Job Summary
- The
- Manager, Account & Project Management, Strategic Account Solutions
- oversees the performance, satisfaction, and growth of Urology customer accounts while managing project delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Responsibilities
- Account & Project Oversight
- + Lead customer-facing activities and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Business Unit-Level Event & Meeting Leadership
- + Lead planning and coordination for
- business unit-level meetings, workshops, and internal events
- , ensuring alignment with department goals and compliance guidelines. + Manage logistics such as scheduling, agendas, content development, and cross-functional coordination. + Support preparation of materials, presentations, and communication for leadership and project teams. + Ensure events and meetings run smoothly and support meaningful engagement and outcomes for attendees.
- Operational & Supervisory Responsibilities
- + Supervise a team of 3 project managers and support day-to-day operations within the department.
- Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience + 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, operations, or similar roles (healthcare experience preferred) + Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional workstreams + Experience leading small teams and guide project contributors + Clear communicator, able to summarize complex information for different audiences + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously + Practical problem-solver able to identify issues early and drive resolution + Ability to present and lead conversations with diverse cross-functional teams and levels + Ability to work within ambiguous environments •
Location:
- This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be able to work within EST or CST business hours.
- Anticipated salary range
- : $105,100 - $150,000
