Program Management Partner with Model e Customer team to effectively plan and manage complex, cross-functional GTM (Go to Market) projects from the initial ideation through final project execution and impact. Lead cross functional team status updates, including integration of special topics, on a regular cadence. Partner with teams to streamline and accelerate workflows towards project execution, turning ambitious goals into immediate reality through momentum. Act as a bridge across teams both internally and externally to Model e Customer, connecting and facilitating clear communication, ensuring interdependencies are understood and planned. Lead, manage, and develop project management methodologies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent project delivery and best practices. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives. Be an advocate for agile adoption across the enterprise to enable customer centricity and speed to market. Exhibit strategic thinking capabilities and dynamic problem-solving skills. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, articulate risks, trade-offs and recommended prioritization based on a balance of business needs, constraints, and customer impact. Address risks with speed. Escalate as required and pull in dependent teams driving towards resolution. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Develop streamlined organizational communication and feedback channels, as part of healthy organizational change management; ensure transparency, awareness, knowledge, adoption, and recognition. Increase consistency and efficacy across teams, aligning to workforce strategy and business priorities. Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency in the teams. Drive adoption of agile collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to establish broader transparency and prioritization of work, in partnership with cross-functional teams. You'll have... Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6+ years of demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams with competing priorities. 3+ years leading complex projects with autonomy in an unstructured environment. Expertise in project management platforms is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have advanced experience using Smartsheet. Experience creating Project Plans and associated dashboards to track project performance. Proven relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders including small to large teams without authority. Entrepreneurial spirit, persistent, and resilient; methodical thinker with an ability to thrive on and drive change while navigating ambiguity. Superior communication and persuasion skills. Comfort with ambiguity and proficiency in the ability to plan, organize, and drive results in an unstructured environment. Passion for self-growth and desire to learn new skills and gain knowledge. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
