POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Project Coordinators reports to the Divisional Director, Project Coordinators Located in Tampa, FL, Knoxville, TN, or Albany, GA, Full-Time Hybrid The Manager, Project Coordinators is responsible for overseeing and managing the Project Coordinator team to ensure the successful execution of projects. With 6-8 years of experience, this role plays a key leadership role in driving project coordination efforts, maintaining high standards of customer service, and fostering team development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage the Project Coordinator team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team cohesion and performance. Define team goals, objectives, and KPIs, and monitor progress towards achieving them. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
Project Coordination and Management:
Oversee the coordination and management of all projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals. Serve as a point of escalation for project-related issues and provide timely resolution.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize project coordination processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance the overall project coordination function.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Conduct periodic reviews of project coordination processes and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
COMPETENCIES
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing project requirements and priorities. Proficiency in project management tools and software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience. 6 - 8 years of experience in project coordination or management roles. Previous experience in team leadership and management required. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Experience in the foodservice industry preferred. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred. Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance. Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
