The Marketing Project Manager I would have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field, plus a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing communications or sales support or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The Marketing Project Manager II would have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field, plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing communications product promotions or sales support or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills and Attributes:
Knowledgeable in the execution of all types of marketing and sales activities in both the print and digital spaces including integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Demonstrated knowledge of sales activities, processes and associated impacts to stakeholders. Demonstrated knowledge of project management processes and procedures including scope definition, cost/time estimation, resource management, prioritization and multi-tract management. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments within a project across multiple stakeholders and lines of business. Demonstrated experience in recognizing problems and effectively resolving issues through negotiation and compromise. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage workload independently. Demonstrated experience with marketing communications, product promotions, or sales project management and reporting tools and processes. Familiar with multiple project management methodologies and ability to form and implement processes that are grounded in proven methods. Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired What You Will Do at Cambia:
Supports all marketing or sales support and communications projects through to completion. Participates in meetings with other marketing and sales staff to develop strategies to meet marketing and sales goals. Coordinates the timely production of sales and marketing materials. Coordinates the proper dissemination of collateral and marketing materials to the designated sources. Provides summary review of marketing and sales projects to key stakeholders. Monitors creative services, web services or vendor production and delivery, providing updates and ensuring adherence to schedules. Provides reporting and other analysis documents for marketing and sales communications activities. Facilitates the success of implementation teams with accountability for budget, planning, production and deadlines. Coordinates the timely production of sales materials and manages the AEP document production processes. Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. Marketing Project Manager I:

The expected hiring range is $65,000•$82,000 and the full salary range is $65,000•$62,000. The bonus target for this position is 10%. North Dakota:
The expected hiring range is $54,150•$70,000 and the full salary range is $54,150•$86,600. Marketing Project Manager II:

The expected hiring range is $79,000•$99,000 and the full salary range is $79,000•$99,000. The bonus target for this position is 10%. North Dakota:
The expected hiring range is $72,500•$96,000 and the full salary range is $72,500•$199,500.
