In this role, you will translate incoming requests into structured projects, manage workflows across creative and production teams, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across diverse stakeholders. You will partner closely with the Marketing Production Manager to keep projects on track and aligned with expectations.

Standard ET business hours, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Responsibilities Oversee multiple marketing projects concurrently, managing each from initial intake through final delivery. Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing consistent updates and maintaining alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Build and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved. Evaluate copy and creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and project objectives. Lead the production phase by coordinating schedules, managing approvals, facilitating proofing rounds, and ensuring final outputs meet expectations. Track project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and communicate proactively to resolve issues. Review vendor purchase orders for accuracy prior to processing. Maintain and monitor inventory of marketing materials to support internal teams and event needs. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience managing marketing projects, including involvement in creative review processes. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Workfront is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace. Must be available during Eastern Time business hours and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
