Job Duties:

Monitor and evaluate the daily performance of remote Member Support operations to ensure consistent, highquality app support for patients/users. Track and report on performance metrics, operational workflows, and efficiency initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Conduct workflow assessments, analyze operational data, and implement strategies to optimize processes and improve patient/user satisfaction. Serve as an escalation point for complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies and standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements:

BA/BS or foreign equivalent + 2 yrs exp
