Full job description Join Our All-Star Team as a Mitigation Foreman/Project Manager! Are you ready to lead and make an impact? Our team is looking for a dedicatedMitigation Foreman/Project Managerto take charge of restoration projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, oversee restoration teams, and help shape the future of our growing company.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and secure new project opportunities. Plan and manage all on-site restoration activities. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Execute detailed job action plans and ensure safety at all times. Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and all project participants. Utilize Xactimate and DASH software to estimate, manage, and invoice jobs. Set up and maintain equipment, restock vehicles, and organize job sites. Address and resolve on-site issues promptly. Uphold OSHA safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 lbs) and working in confined spaces or at heights. Carry out additional duties as required to meet project goals.What Were Looking For:
Experience:
Background in emergency restoration or construction (required).Certifications:
IICRC certifications (e.g., WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) are a plus, but we can train you.Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Xactimate and DASH software is a plus.Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform tasks requiring strengt55h and flexibility, including frequent walking, standing, bending, and working in confined spaces.Compliance:
Clean-shaven face for respirator use (per OSHA) and ability to pass a background check.Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Service:
