Location:
Primarily on-site in Southampton, New Jersey, with the opportunity to work one day from home.

Job Description Coordinate mitigation projects from intake through completion to keep jobs moving smoothly and on schedule Support Project Managers and operations leadership with day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks Maintain accurate job files, notes, documentation, work orders, and purchase orders Track schedules, appointments, workflow updates, and project milestones from start to finish Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrivals, scheduling changes, delays, and next steps Coordinate with vendors, insurance contacts, clients, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Assist with billing support, collections activity, deductibles, progress payments, and final payments as needed Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and operational tracking documents Answer inbound calls and respond quickly and professionally to client and vendor inquiries Help ensure the office and field teams stay aligned during fast-moving mitigation and emergency response work Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, empathy, and strong attention to detail Qualifications 2+ years of project coordination, service coordination, office operations, dispatch, or administrative support experience Experience in mitigation, restoration, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or a similar field environment preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with job tracking systems, project documentation, and reporting tools Power BI experience required Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus Why You Will Love Working Here You will do work that matters in a business built around helping people during stressful situations You will join a team-oriented environment where operations, communication, and follow-through are valued You will have the chance to grow with a company that invests in training, development, and leadership pathways You will work in a role with real visibility and impact instead of being stuck in a back-office support position with limited upside JPC-915
