None Required The Opportunity You will take complete ownership of Division 5 miscellaneous metals projects, managing them from initial sale or assignment through to successful completion. This hybrid role empowers you to act as the primary bridge between client expectations, internal drafting, and shop production. You will drive project execution for a company that values absolute accountability and provides unmatched professional growth. How You Will Make an Impact Coordinate project workflows by interfacing directly with internal drafting and scheduling departments. Communicate precise project timelines and specifications with the fabrication shop to ensure on-time delivery. Attend critical site meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients. Manage entire project lifecycles for self-generated sales and corporate-assigned accounts. Oversee logistical scheduling and material coordination to maintain strict project budgets. Resolve real-time technical and scheduling challenges to keep field installations on track. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience managing project lifecycles within commercial or multi-family construction. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret detailed construction schedules, drawings, and specifications. Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments and job sites as required. Strong communication skills necessary for interfacing between clients, drafting teams, and shop personnel. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Specific project management experience handling Division 5 miscellaneous metals or structural steel. Prior experience in construction sales, estimating, or contract negotiation. Completion of formalized construction management training or professional industry certifications.
