JOB DUTIES

This role will provide technical support to the Network Engineering Project Management Team. This includes getting macro and small cell modification projects from server installation to full integration and activation. In particular, this role will work with internal and external teams to get projects through a multi-step process and to ensure rapid resolution of issues by direct resolution and / or working with the necessary specialists to make that happen. This requires strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills

• there will be a large number of projects, and some issues will require involvement of several different teams and strong follow up to drive timely resolution.

Tracking issues and finding long term solutions to frequently recurring issues is also a key part of this role.

qualifications:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred
