Job Description

This is a hybrid work arrangement. After the employee is fully trained, much of this job can be done remotely, however there will still be requirements to attend some in person meetings or go to a job site. Role Purpose The Operations Integrator is responsible for integrating, aligning, and enforcing execution across operations of the company.
This role exists to:
Ensure commitments turn into results Hold teams accountable to timelines and standards Create operational discipline across business lines Provide leadership with clear, timely operational visibility This is a hands‑on accountability role , not an administrative support function. Core Responsibilities 1. Operational Accountability & Execution Track commitments made by teams within the company Hold department leads accountable for deadlines, deliverables, and follow‑through Address missed commitments directly and escalate unresolved issues Identify recurring breakdowns and require corrective action
Expectation:
If work is delayed, unclear, or off‑track, the Operations Integrator intervenes. 2. Weekly Operational Visibility Maintain a consistent operating rhythm (weekly check‑ins / reviews) Provide leadership with clarity on: Current priorities Work in progress Risks and blockers Resource or staffing constraints Prevent surprises through early issue identification
Expectation:
Leadership is never surprised by operational problems. 3. Cross‑Department Integration Break down silos between business unit teams Clarify ownership where responsibilities overlap Ensure smooth handoffs between estimating, scheduling, execution, and billing Resolve conflicts related to shared crews, equipment, or timelines
Expectation:
Operations function as one company, not three separate units. 4. Process Discipline & Standards Enforce standard operating procedures across all business lines Identify where lack of process causes inefficiency or cost overruns Drive consistency in: Job setup Scheduling Communication expectations Documentation Recommend process improvements and support implementation
Expectation:
Operational chaos is reduced; predictability increases. 5. Escalation & Decision Support Surface operational issues that require leadership decisions Present problems clearly with options and impact Push decisions forward when teams stall or avoid resolution Ensure decisions are executed once made
Expectation:

Leadership Presence & Accountability Culture Communicate directly, professionally, and confidently Hold peers and department leads accountable without authority abuse Navigate difficult conversations calmly and constructively Set the tone for ownership and execution
Expectation:
Respect is earned through clarity, consistency, and follow‑through. What This Role Is NOT Not a scheduler only Not a note‑taker Not a buffer to avoid hard conversations Not a decision‑maker for strategy This role will create friction . That is expected and appropriate. Success Metrics The Operations Integrator is successful when: Deadlines are met more consistently Problems surface earlier Leaders stop chasing follow‑ups Accountability becomes cultural The CEO can step out of day‑to‑day operations without disruption Qualifications & Capabilities Strong organizational and follow‑through skills Experience as an office manager or project manager Experience in the construction industry is a plus Comfortable holding peers accountable Ability to manage complexity across multiple business lines Clear, direct communicator High integrity and discretion Willingness to lead without positional authority Base Salary Range $70,000

There may be meetings that are required to be in person, and there may be times that this employee may at times go to job sites, but there will be a lot of flexibility in this role. The company works 4 ten hour days, but if the employee needs to take off during those days for a doctor's appointment or a child's ballgame etc, they can work around those events and either work later in the evening or on a Friday.
