Drive delivery excellence by aligning business goals with ERP best practices. This is a REMOTE position.

Required Skills:
Proven experience managing Oracle EBS (R12) Fusion projects in finance or supply chain domains. Strong understanding of ERP architecture, implementation methodology, and SDLC. Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet, JIRA/Confluence). PMP, Scrum Master or Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
Essential qualifications:
Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects across Financials, SCM, and Procurement modules. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide ERP-driven solutions. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices. Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and conduct review meetings with clients.
