Position Summary :
The House Package Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding prospective homebuyers through the entire homebuilding journey—from initial inquiry through closing—while delivering a superior customer experience. This role is responsible for coordinating internal teams, external contractors, and customers to ensure a seamless process and timely delivery of custom-built homes. You will represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping families find their dream homes.
Key Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities of the House Package Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current homebuyers to understand their needs and align them with our offerings. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the homebuilding process, from initial consultation to post-closing follow-up. Collaborate closely with Sales, Drafting, Design, and Construction teams, as well as contractors, to coordinate project milestones and ensure timely execution. Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and communications using company CRM and project management tools. Assist customers with product selections, order placement, and scheduling of deliveries. Monitor deliveries to ensure products arrive complete, on time, and as promised. Proactively resolve issues and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Stay current on industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide relevant information and guidance to customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, project coordination, residential construction, or a related industry is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM or sales tracking systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment (remote work is not available). Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
Compensation:
