This role will focus on enabling consistent, high‑quality IT delivery by supporting PMO tools, processes, and governance across a fast‑paced, global environment. This is not a "build a PMO from scratch" role. The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of project / PMO experience, with strong execution, coordination, and administrative rigor, and the ability to operate effectively within an established framework. Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) as a PMO or PPM tool is a significant plus, as the organization recently implemented ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities Support the EPMO in driving consistent IT project and program delivery practices across a global portfolio Manage and administer PMO processes, standards, and reporting to ensure quality, compliance, and transparency Maintain and support the use of ServiceNow (SNOW) for project intake, tracking, reporting, and governance Partner with project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders to ensure accurate project data, milestones, and status reporting Prepare executive‑level dashboards, metrics, and portfolio reports Support governance forums, including project reviews, intake processes, and stage‑gate reviews Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices Assist with continuous improvement of PMO processes, documentation, and workflows Coordinate across global teams and time zones in a fast‑paced environment with a strong emphasis on quality and accountability Additional Skills & Qualifications ServiceNow (SNOW) PPM or PMO module experience Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience Experience supporting large‑scale IT portfolios PMP, PgMP, or similar certification (preferred, not required) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of North Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
