In this role, you will be overseeing complex, dynamic projects that reduce fraud risk or improve customer and/or Associate experience. The ideal candidate will confidently lead large, cross-organization teams to successfully implement innovative solutions with high visibility to senior leaders.

General Responsibilities:

Lead large, complex projects, organizing the work in a well-managed way that ensures the team supports delivery of key objectives and results Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management focus, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place and delivery outcomes Design, develop, and manage project documentation in a complex dynamic environment, incorporating changes and resolving barriers to successful delivery Exhibit outstanding influencing and communication skills across a broad audience including Technology, Operations, and Enterprise teams to ensure project plans deliver on intent Partner with and influence project customers and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of projects to deliver strategic and tactical outcomes Accelerate delivery of planning and solution development through displaying tech, business, and operations understanding Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and improvements, show excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
